Morning Practice, RAW foods….

Nothing fills me with joy like HOMEMAKING. Squating down in the garden on soft soil, picking food universe and I co-created and then preparing this nutrient dense food for myself and family (only 1 child now!!!) is my constant passion. Tonight I am making RAW Alfredo. Sprouted seeds, soaked and dehydrated nuts will be the Alfredo and zucchini and squash will be the noodles. The 2 mason jars of honey are from my bees. I LOVE EVERYTHING HOME! 🏡

Alarm goes off around 5:30 depending on the day, and I immediately offer gratitude. Honestly, I do have a few fearful thoughts before I make the DECISION to pivot from ego to love. Most of my life I’ve started with fear, but I’m finally learning!

How beautiful the day is beginning! The pool is clean and the grass is green, is a phrase I’ve adopted. I send this phrase in a text to the 7 kids, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends because I truly crave their presence and I find I am alone too often floating in the pool. 🥰

Morning practice (Sadhana), is me REMEMBERING my divinity. No money, no drug, no sex, no outfit, no friend, vacation, or lover has ever, or will ever, afford me what god can.

We are in the second half of the workbook and are ENCOURAGED to EXPERIENCE our ONENESS with Divine Love.

I ENCOURAGE you sisters to begin a practice a sadhana, that delights you. A dance, singing, stretching to start….a little kirya (sound and body), a little closing of the eyes (meditation) and reading some sacred text (mind training and heart ENCOURAGEMENT).

Every Friday at 10am my brother and I join to deep dive into A Course In Miracles. Every Thursday evening at 6:30pm we join as a community to share, and study. All are welcome. 🤗
