I Want To Feel Like a Child Again….
I remember my kids EXCITEMENT and little dance moves as they shifted their hips side to side while eating some delicious treat we had made.
Michael Singer says that up flowing of energy is OUR NATURAL STATE. ACIM says we are EXACTLY ONE with Divine Energy. Jesus says the whole kingdom of heaven is WITHIN you!
If we are not aware of this energy flow (holy spirt, shakti, kundalini) it’s only because we are VERY AWARE of its opposite. Depression, worry, lack, self condemnation, etc….
WAY OUT of CRAZINESS….
•When a dis-spiriting thought comes, I remember, I AM NOT THE FEELING. I am Divine Love or God manifesting as Shannon who is feeling the feeling. MY TRUE IDENTITY IS ONLY LOVE and WHOLENESS!
•I keep my heart OPEN and feel the feelings. 🥴
•Go into GRATITUDE. I begin to thank myself (god), for REMEMBERING I am ALREADY AWAKENED….IT IS MY TRUE NATURE, only I forget as I lean into the things of the world rather than the things of Love.
