Forgiveness-choosing to change perception from ego’s lens to Love’s lens.

Ex. Ego. “That asshole, pulling in front of me AND DRIVING SLOW. I bet they are …… Let me go around them so I can see what they look like.” (My true story.)

Ex. Love. “It’s my ….. sister. Maybe she’s new to the freeway. LOVE??? You don’t see her poor driving!?!? You don’t? She’s connected to me?!?! Oh. Yes! Yes! YES! Help me to see my sister JUST AS YOU SEE ME! Help me to change my perception to YOUR perception….you ONLY SEE LOVE. I will see/feel/do the same!

This is the MIRACLE of love called by the Course “The Holy Instant” It’s one second (sometimes it’s longer for me 😜) I understand I am seeing with my ego (my imposter personality) rather than seeing with Spirit (my true identity).

I am not asking if what this person has done is RIGHT OR WRONG. I am simply asking to see through the eyes of Love’s vision and not my ego’s.

The EXPERIENCE of the Holy Instant brings INSTANT RELIEF from inner turmoil and feels like one is wrapped in a warm blanket. Holy Instants remove the sword I was about to kill my sister and I with, and instead, joins my outstretched hands to embrace her’s.
